Our bow rehairs and repairs are being done locally again thanks to Kat Smith. She is doing wonderful work and is bringing a new fun element to the often mundane bow world. Colored bow hair has become quite popular and Kat has added a new twist - custom colors! Soon we will post her palate of colors and she will even mix colors in the same hank of hair. She's focusing on "school colors" right now. In addition to colored bow hair she has come up with the idea of colored silk and nylon windings for the grip. Silk winding can last as long as or even longer than the traditional nickel-silver or silver windings and it's much more attractive and has a nice feel to it.
